Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of January, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., the Grand County Board of County Commissioners may authorize partial disbursement of funds for completed subdivision improvements at the Timbers Condominiums. Any person, co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid claim involving the Timbers Condominiums for or on account of the furnishing of labor, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, team hire, sustenance, provision or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to the close of business on January 16, 2009 file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with Grand County, Colorado.
Failure on the part of a claimant to file such statement prior to partial disbursement of funds shall relieve said Grand County, Colorado from all and any liability for such claimant's claim.
